Comments: I am researching the background of: Name: Ignace Jean-Pierre Callewaert Birth: 12/05/1959 Place: Etterbeek, Belgium Father's Name: Marcel Callewaert Mother's Name: Diane Verleyen Ignace has voiced repeatedly that he is a cousin to the "Rothschild" Family in Europe, on his mothers side, but I am unable to locate neither his name nor his mother in the family tree. Questions began among friends due to discrepancies in some of his stories??? Recently I heard that he changed his name to Rothschild briefly after entering the US, but I also am holding a couple bottles of the Rothschild's wines, signed by Jean-Pierre Rothschild himself. Thank you very much in this matter, Shawn P. Tracer e-mail: tracespt@pacbell.net worldwide paging: 650.5701283@alphapage.airtouch.com (e-mail text pager)

Her first name was Cornelia and she married Anthony Wisse. I remember my parents speak of a Coe De Groen who worked for the Underground during WW II. Cousins of my father visited the States, but I never got to meet them, their names were Nellie and Maria. You put in a lot of work. Thanks for sharing. Jackie

Comments: First of all I would like to compliment you with your proffesional and beautifull way of working out your genealogy ! I hope you could ever assist me with mine... I read you had information on Frederik Ditlof de Chauvigny de Blot. If you would like to have more information about my family, I have all names and dates from 800-now. I hope you didn't get just this name from the Koppert Fam. in Bilthoven. They claimed to be the last "de Ch. de B.", which is absolutely not true ! They even use the name (after the law allowed you to use your mother's name) as "de Chauvigny de Blot Koppert". I believe then the name should be "Koppert de Chauvigny de Blot".(They never wanted to assist me with information) Please let me know when you need my assistance. Hope to have my information available for everybody like you have in future ! Very best regards, Gilbert

Comments: Hi! I am researching my de Graaf and Hoogveld ancestors. They lived in Amsterdam in the latter part of the 1800's coming from Putten and Neuwir Amstel. I obtained population registers from Gemeentearchief Amsterdam but I would like to know more about them. For instance, what years are they available for? Are they similiar to a census? How often were they written? Are they available in other cities besides Amsterdam? Thanks in advance. Michele Yannuzzi (Ames, Iowa, USA)
